High-Precision Parts for Semiconductor Equipment

Semiconductor equipment makers run on high-mix, low-volume precision — alignment parts, gas-line fittings, chamber components — where five pieces deserve the same attention as five thousand. We machine them from 6061/7075, 316L, Kovar 4J29 and PEEK to ±0.005 mm, with ultrasonic cleaning, double-bag packaging, first articles in 7–15 days and a quotation within 48 hours. ISO-clean packaging and batch documentation are quoted as line items, not afterthoughts.

What equipment makers order, and how

Equipment builders balance platform programs against constant engineering changes, and their internal machine shops are sized for the platforms, not for the engineering tail. Chamber parts, gas-line fittings and alignment components therefore flow to subcontractors, with first orders of just a few pieces per item. Quote speed, first-article timing and packaging discipline are what decide who stays on the approved supplier list. Because engineering changes land mid-program, the approved list rewards partners who treat a five-piece engineering order with the same documentation discipline as a production run, and who keep the process specification stored so the next order does not restart from zero.

We machine structural and vacuum-adjacent parts in aluminium and 316L, plus Kovar 4J29 and PEEK components that few workshops keep running. Ultrasonic cleaning, double-bag packaging with desiccant and batch-labelled traceability are quoted as line items, so you order exactly the cleanliness level the application needs. First articles ship in 7 to 15 days and DDP deliveries in 5 to 8 days by air, with documentation structured for a fast and repeatable qualification. The same contact handles quoting, production and delivery questions, so nothing is lost between departments.

Structural parts qualify first; ISO-clean packaged vacuum parts follow once your supplier audit is complete.

Workflow: drawing, sample approval and recurring series

The standard flow: drawing review and quotation within 48 hours, first samples in 7–15 days, first article inspection and approval, then series production against the approved reference. Tooling, program revisions and inspection records are kept on file so that call-offs remain consistent with the approved first article.

Engineering changes — material substitutions, tolerance updates, plating or packaging changes — are handled as controlled changes against the same records.

Quality and documentation

DIN ISO 2768-mK applies as the default tolerance scheme for unspecified dimensions. EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates are standard for metallic parts, First Article Inspection supports the approval step, and RoHS/REACH declarations are available where required. Plating, cleanliness and packaging requirements are confirmed per drawing.

FAQ

Can you document cleaning and packaging?
Yes. Ultrasonic cleaning records, double-bag packaging photos and batch labels accompany the first article, and the same discipline repeats on every series batch. Packaging options from standard to double-bag with desiccant and humidity indicator are quoted as line items, so you pay only for the cleanliness level the application actually requires, with records your quality team can file directly. Packaging runs in 3 standard levels, with desiccant and humidity indicator included from level 2 upward.

How small a trial order do you accept?
Orders from 1 to 5 pieces are normal for us — roughly 80 percent of our export work is below 5,000 pieces per year per item. Quote in 48 hours, first articles in 7 to 15 days, then we scale with your program. Structural parts qualify first, clean-packaged vacuum parts follow once your supplier audit is complete and the packaging specification is signed.

What about material traceability?
Every batch ships with EN 10204 3.1 certificates carrying the heat number, and dimensional reports cover the features you flag as critical. Documentation is structured so qualification teams can map results to drawings without translation work, and the identical format repeats on every repeat order so your files stay consistent across programs and years.

Do you sign customer-specific quality agreements?
Yes. Quality agreements, packaging specifications and approved-inspection plans are signed at qualification stage and stored with the part number. From then on every batch runs against that stored specification automatically, which keeps engineering changes, certificates and packaging consistent without renegotiation, and gives your audit team a single stable reference for the life of the program. Quality agreements are typically signed within 5 working days of the first order.
