Precision Parts for High-Tech Systems & Semiconductor Equipment

System integrators in the Brainport region and beyond live from high-mix, low-volume precision — and need a machining partner who treats five pieces as seriously as five thousand. We produce vacuum and precision components from 1 piece, with first articles in 7–15 days and a quote within 48 hours.

Industry scenario: system integrators buy the practical way

The high-tech systems industry is organized in tiers: integrators and module suppliers assemble what the top end of the chain designs. For machining capacity, the practical route into this supply chain runs through those integrators — and their requirements are precise: tight tolerances, documented cleaning, packaging that survives the cleanroom, and Copy-Exact-friendly documentation.

We start where qualification is fast: structural and fixture parts with no clean-class requirements, then step up to clean-packaged vacuum components once the customer audit is done. First orders of 1–5 pieces are normal and welcome.

Cleaning records, packaging photos and batch labels accompany the first article and are available for every batch on request; ISO Class 5–6 packaging options are quoted per part.

Workflow: drawing, sample approval and recurring series

The standard flow: drawing review and quotation within 48 hours, first samples in 7–15 days, first article inspection and approval, then series production against the approved reference. Tooling, program revisions and inspection records are kept on file so that call-offs remain consistent with the approved first article.

Engineering changes — material substitutions, tolerance updates, plating or packaging changes — are handled as controlled changes against the same records.

Quality and documentation

DIN ISO 2768-mK applies as the default tolerance scheme for unspecified dimensions. EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates are standard for metallic parts, First Article Inspection supports the approval step, and RoHS/REACH declarations are available where required. Plating, cleanliness and packaging requirements are confirmed per drawing.
