Product Description:

This bearing block is made of HT300 high-strength cast iron through integral casting and precision CNC machining with significant core advantages. Firstly, it has excellent structural strength with a compressive strength of 300MPa, and its anti-deformation capacity is 25% higher than ordinary cast iron bearing blocks, stably withstanding radial loads (max 20kN) and axial loads (max 8kN) under high-speed operation. Secondly, the machining precision is strict: the bearing hole tolerance is controlled at IT5 grade (aperture error ≤0.012mm), and the fit clearance with the bearing outer ring is ≤0.005mm, ensuring no deflection during operation and vibration noise ≤65dB. Thirdly, the surface undergoes double anti-rust treatment of phosphating + painting, passing 72-hour salt spray test without rust, extending service life to over 8 years in humid, dusty and other industrial environments. In addition, the base mounting holes adopt countersunk design, compatible with M10-M20 bolt specifications, eliminating the need for additional adjustment during installation and greatly improving assembly efficiency.​

Comprehensive customization services are provided to meet special scenario needs: In terms of size, it can be customized with bearing hole diameters (φ10mm-φ200mm) and base lengths (50mm-500mm) according to bearing models (such as 6205, NU210, etc.), maintaining IT5 grade machining precision. Materials can be 45# cast steel (increasing compressive strength to 450MPa) or QT500 ductile iron (enhancing toughness, suitable for impact load scenarios). Surface treatment supports galvanizing (improving salt spray resistance to 120 hours), chrome plating (reducing friction coefficient) or sandblasted matte (suitable for food-grade equipment). Structurally, it can be customized with double bearing hole design, oil filling holes or sealing grooves to meet integrated assembly needs. Sample proofing cycle is 3-5 days, and 100% quality inspection is conducted throughout mass production to ensure consistency with design parameters.
