5-axis CNC Machining (Swiss-Type Machining) Service Introduction (English)

Service Introduction

5-axis CNC machining is an advanced, highly precise, efficient, and flexible processing technology. Through the coordinated movement of three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and two rotational axes (A, B), the tool can be adjusted at any angle in space. This enables high-precision machining of complex surfaces, inclined holes, and irregular contours that are difficult to achieve with traditional methods, all in a single clamping. Relying on advanced imported 5-axis CNC equipment and a mature process system, we provide customers with full-process solutions, from product design optimization and sample prototyping to mass production. We ensure that the machining accuracy of parts reaches the industry's leading level, meeting the stringent requirements of high-end manufacturing fields.

Machining Capabilities

  1. Materials: A wide range of metallic and non-metallic materials, including aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, stainless steel, nickel-based superalloys, ceramics, and various engineering plastics.
  2. Precision: Positioning accuracy up to ±0.002mm, repeat positioning accuracy ±0.001mm, and surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm, enabling micron-level precision machining.
  3. Machining Range: Capable of processing both large complex parts (maximum machining size up to 1000mm×800mm×600mm) and tiny precision parts (minimum feature size 0.1mm). It can perform complex processes such as polyhedron milling, spiral groove machining, and turbine blade surface forming.
  4. Equipment Advantages: Equipped with multiple top international brand 5-axis CNC machining centers (such as DMG MORI from Germany and Mazak from Japan), featuring high-speed electric spindles (maximum speed 40,000rpm) and high-precision linear scale feedback systems to ensure machining stability and efficiency.

Core Advantages

  • High Precision and Complex Structure Machining: 5-axis simultaneous machining reduces errors caused by multiple clampings, enabling one-time forming of complex surfaces. It is especially suitable for machining high-precision and complex parts such as aero-engine blades and medical implants.
  • High Efficiency and Cost Optimization: Completing multiple processes in one clamping significantly shortens the processing cycle, increasing efficiency by over 60% compared to traditional methods. It also reduces the cost of tooling fixtures and manual intervention, cutting comprehensive costs by 40%.

• • Flexible Customized Production: Supports both low-volume customized production and large-scale mass production, quickly responding to diverse customer needs. Samples can be delivered in as little as 72 hours.
